1. Estimated Delivery Times:

• Greater Cairo, Giza, & Alexandria: Delivered within 48 hours from order confirmation.

• Rest of Egypt Governorates: Delivered within 2 to 5 business days. (Note: Official business days exclude weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping Rates:

• Shipping charges are clearly displayed on the Checkout page prior to order completion and vary based on location/governorate.

3. Available Payment Methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay directly to the courier representative upon receiving and inspecting your package.(Note: Online payment channels such as credit/debit cards and e-wallets will be introduced soon).
