Return & Exchange Policy – NALUNA Egypt

At Naluna EGYPT, our constant goal is to ensure you have an enjoyable shopping experience and complete satisfaction with our products. We comply with the provisions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 regarding e-commerce and online purchasing.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

• The item must be in its exact original condition (unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and undamaged packaging).

• Important Note: Items showing any signs of wear, use, or unnecessary unsealing will not be eligible for return or exchange to maintain quality and hygiene standards.

2. Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:

• The customer bears the full shipping costs in case of a return or exchange due to personal preference (e.g., size change or choosing a different item).

• NALUNA Egypt covers all return shipping costs if the item has a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item was delivered.

3. How to Process a Return/Exchange:

2. Include your Order Number, photos of the item, and the reason for the request in your email.

3. Our team will review the request and schedule a pickup via our courier during business days.
